Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all customer accounts
• Prepare check deposits.
• Post customer payments by recording ACH, checks, and credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger for our ERP system.
• Enter and monitor Chargebacks data from remittances
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers;
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Assist in preparation of and provide documentation for audits

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:

• Follow company policies, procedures and directives
• Interact in a positive and constructive manner
• Prioritize and multitask
• 1-2 years experiences in Accounts Receivable role
• Strong in Excel and Word
• Experience in an ERP system is a plus

Location This position will report to the Accounting Manager and will be working a hybrid-flex schedule in our Santa Ana office.
