We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a field setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and performing system upgrades.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact to the business.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end users to provide guidance and training on technology usage and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as an IT Field Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
