Summary/Objective
The Marketing Manager provides management of the Company brand and facilitates in the development of the marketing strategy. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities as well as planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

Design and implement digital marketing strategy related to personalization of SEO and SEM
Design and manage Company’s traditional marketing strategy including print, email, direct mail, radio, trade publications, digital and billboards
Create and maintain website content
Manage and process co-op budgets
Create social media strategy and maintain content
Create and manage tradeshow strategy
Create and manage employee recruitment marketing strategy
Assist in public relations and community interactions
Contribute to Company culture building through employee communication and marketing
Create and maintain Company used equipment listings and photos
Assist with Company presentation templates
Use Pardot Marketing Automation & data analysis
Occasionally creates and types correspondence, memos, emails, records, reports, etc.
Performs assorted clerical duties such as scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and processing miscellaneous documents
Report and track lead generation pipeline of digital and traditional marketing activity
Report and track return on marketing investment related to overall Company marketing strategy
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, and vendors with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Follow all safety rules and regulations and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and the employee handbook.
Participate in all company driven communication efforts including department meetings, electronic communications (email and text) and other related efforts.
Proactively seek and participate in available company sponsored training to develop skills and knowledge.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance according to department and company policies.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Graphic design experience with ads, logo, and branding
Media purchasing experience with radio, trade publication, digital and billboards
Google Analytics certified
Excellent Communication Skills – written and oral
Detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Valid Driver’s License
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
