Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Operations Assistant. This position is responsible for performing necessary support functions as they relate to daily operations. 

Bearfruit Jewelry was born out of a love for fashion in order to provide a channel for self-expression and to fulfill the global demand for distinctive jewelry. Founded in Irvine, CA, Bearfruit Jewelry has locations in Irvine, Los Angeles, Arcadia, Newport Beach, Denver, and Houston. At Bearfruit Jewelry, it is our passion and commitment to bring unique jewelry to customers that surpass seasonal trends and patterns of fashion.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

-Completing operations duties

-Supporting company operating retail locations

-Creating and filing documents

-Answering phone calls and deliver messages 

-Communicating and assisting customers

-Sending invoices to customers 

-Performing other related duties as needed 

-Managing inventory

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U. S. 

• Bilingual in English and Korean highly preferred

• Basic computer skills
