Job Description

Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running up and down the I-5 North and South making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers. Please note this is only for drivers out of truck driving school that have not driven for a company.

Job Details

• Running lane is up and down the I-5 from the North to the South.
• 100% No Touch dry van freight
• Great Opportunity to start driving career with a reputable company.
• Driver will run 250-300 hours with a trainer then go on their own
• Trainees must be willing to run OTR for training period
• Weekly home time with at least a 34 hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending where they live.
• Average miles a week is around 1800

Pay/Benefits

• Trainees are paid $800/week until their 250-300 hours are met
• After training pay is .51-.56 per mile which comes out to between $1100-$1300 a week
• Full benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Qualifications

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL:
• Must have attended and graduated an accredited truck driving school
• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have Clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
• No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 10 years
• Must have solid 10 year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre employment drug screen.
• No large gaps of employment recently
