Part-Time CT Operations Manager – Saturdays Location: West Hartford Center

We are seeking a warm, polished, and professional Operations Manager to join our growing luxury beauty brand. This is a part-time position based at our beautiful salon in the heart of West Hartford Center, working Saturdays from 8 AM to 7 PM with a AM 60 min break along with a PM 60 min break. .

This person will play a key role in helping to grow and represent our brand with grace, excellence, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day salon operations

Support and manage our team of talented hair artists

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Manage salon inventory and product control

Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and polished presence

Build and nurture relationships with our female-focused community partners

Assist in planning and growing our sweet little girl party experiences

Collaborate on social media content creation, both behind and in front of the camera

Answer and schedule incoming client calls with a concierge-style approach

Lead hiring, onboarding, monthly utilization reviews with stylists, and performance-based transitions with professionalism and care

Report directly to the salon owner
