We’re looking for a Trade Show Coordinator to help us shine at national hair and beauty events! If you’re detail-oriented, love organizing, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate staff travel, hotel, and registrations
Oversee booth setup, shipping, and on-site operations
Act as the on-site lead at 8–12 major trade shows per year
Manage budgets, vendor payments, and deadlines
Keep schedules, staff, and logistics running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years in event coordination, project management, or operations (beauty/wellness/hospitality a plus)
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (project management tools a bonus)
Willingness to travel 25–30% of the year
