As an intern, you will also gain a holistic view of the organization, department, and interacting with different cross functional teams at Beautycounter. You will be working with seasoned industry pros who guide and mentor you through your internship. Please note this internship will be 100% virtual and remote applicants are encouraged to apply.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Gain hands-on experience working as a member of the Product Development team
• Learn how clean cosmetic products are created, tested, and executed-- from a budding idea to a unique package to seeing the finished product in-store
• Work side-by-side with the PD team to evaluate the product, redirect submissions, go thru R&D testing, and execute through production
• Complete assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions/process
• Work cross-functionally to gain departmental exposure within the corporate office and strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a degree
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment
