DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a national law firm, is among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100. They are currently searching for a highly qualified 3rd year Patent Associate or Patent Agent to contribute to their success in their dynamic Intellectual Property team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications for software, encompassing areas such as operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

• Possess work experience as a software developer.

• Showcase excellent academic credentials.

• Be registered to practice before the USPTO.
