Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and provide expert advice to keep individuals and businesses compliant with tax regulations.
• Ensure project deadlines are met for clients and provide proactive business advice and practical solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
• Review and adjust small business clients' financials and tax returns.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Conduct research and draft memos on complex tax matters.
• Communicate financials, tax returns, and other matters confidently to clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Manage client expectations and address tax-related inquiries.

What You'll Bring:

• CPA license and proficiency in preparing business (partnership and corporate) and individual tax returns.
  
• Strong research skills to identify tax planning opportunities and stay updated on tax regulations.
