    The Beck Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner to spearhead the continued development and leadership of a team of financial representatives covering Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!

    Qualifications:

    Ability and Desire to recruit, train and develop new financial representatives.

    Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges

    Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.

    Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
