Responsibilities: Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks Qualifications: Ability to use Microsoft Office is required Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required • Documented history of achieving personal and professional goals Compensation: $75,000+
