    Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

    Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

    Crystalize and assess process improvement options.

    Ensure that solutions meet align with strategic goals.

    Create and maintain documentation for projects, processes and operations.

    Work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate risks and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology or relevant fields.

    7-10 years of experience in analytics and process development.

    Ability to quickly extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data.

    Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

    The ability to gather and visualize data patterns so they are clearly visible.

    Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

    Ability to work independently or as part of a team with little supervision.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in business administration, communications or relevant fields.

    Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

    Proficient in using essential tools such as SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms.
