    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals • Update website, generate regular blog posts and manage/track all social media efforts • Co-creating and following our social media calendar on a daily basis. This includes constant posting on stories, reels, IGTV and newsfeeds • Launch all new advertising and marketing and recruiting campaigns that are created by the brand manager • Follow current branding templates in Canva to create listing and buyer presentations, marketing collateral, mailers and e-mails • Maintain follow up campaigns with our past and current clients, to insure repeat and referral business • Learn and implement all company advertising compliances requirements • Brainstorm with our branding manager to come up with fun social events for our clients and communities • Assist in organizing fun team events, team recognition, and creating sales contents • Assist our sales team with any and all of their marketing needs • Have a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and respond in a timely manner to all followers on all platforms • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • At any events, our marketing team is responsible to take photos, videos, etc. and then market on our social media platforms • Report directly to the operations manager and the brand manager to coordinate marketing efforts Qualifications: Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines • Must be tech-savvy and have experience with Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Google programs • 2+years of administrative assistant experience preferred • Self-motivated fast learner and a team player with a positive attitude • Professional and diplomatic, providing outstanding customer service • Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Direct experience in the real estate industry is a plus however not required Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
