Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential leads and nurture relationships to create new business opportunities • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients are satisfied • Become well-versed on current real estate inventory by touring properties both in-person and online • Prepare and submit purchase offers on behalf of buyers with the goal of a smooth closing process • Stay up-to-date on neighborhoods, amenities, and features of the local area in order to answer pertinent questions regarding potential new and resale homes • Pursue expertise in the local market and economy • Focus on personal growth by attending training sessions and other developmental activities • Become a strong and supportive team member Qualifications: • Valid AZ Real Estate License • Demonstrated self-motivation and ambition • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills preferably with a successful sales history • Tech-savvy with an eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and systems • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Openness to coaching and feedback Compensation: $100,000 at plan commissions
