Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to grow your business • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales opportunities • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and build trust • Learn the current inventory by touring homes in person and online • Create written purchase offers and negotiate on behalf of buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Continually strive to become an expert on the local market and economy • Participate in training and coaching to develop and grow skills Qualifications: • Valid AZ Real Estate License is required for this job • Passion for real estate and helping clients • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Good organizational and time management skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission based
