Flexibility to choose shifts We build the schedule monthly (20th of the month) and assign 15-20 hrs per week to you around your obligations (i.e. school, childcare, FT job). There are aften opportunities to pick up additional shifts if 30 hrs is desired.

Approximate shifts are listed below.

Monday-Friday: 6:30am-12:30pm

Monday - Friday, 4:30pm-9:30 pm

Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

Saturday - Sunday: 1:30pm to 7:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:

SELL: Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

CLEAN: Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

BOOK GUESTS: Bring your high-energy to reach out to those that have submitted their name/phone number to us, and book their first appointment.

RECOMMEND: Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

SERVE: Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

TOUR: Give studio tours to new guests
