A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TELLER
As a teller at Beehive, you provide unsurpassed service while cheerfully greeting members and taking the time to really listen to their needs. You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships, and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial goals. You are the first point of contact for members who'd like help processing transactions or solving problems, as well as those who simply want to learn more about financial products. You take ownership over each member that you work with to ensure all their needs are met.
You stay busy as you efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and loan payments. Our members also appreciate your assistance with account validation, account inquiries, check reorders, investigating check clearings, and account reconciliation.
Utilizing your product knowledge, you promote, educate, and cross-service financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You feel great about using your member service skills to make a positive impact in your community.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TELLER
The stellar ability to balance transactions at the end of the day is a must. Do you confidently deal with numbers and details? Can you provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members? Can you multitask and work well under pressure? If so, you may be perfect for this position at our credit union!
WORK SCHEDULE
This part time teller would work Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.
