Our team is getting an abundance of live Zillow connection calls in the San Diego and Riverside areas. We’re seeking a strategic partnership with a highly motivated and competent agent to take on 5-10 new clients per month. Our agents don't cold call. They take live, inbound calls, and set 8-20 appointments per month. Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. Responsibilities: • Answer multiple live calls on a daily/weekly/monthly basis • Show homes to interested clients • Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process • Negotiate transactions  • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues • Research and identify off-market opportunities for clients Qualifications: • Hungry to do more • Real Estate License • People-oriented  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  • Competitive • Team player • Consistent • Persistent Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
