Responsibilities: • Answer multiple live calls on a daily/weekly/monthly basis • Show homes to interested clients with short notice • Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process • Troubleshoot Issues • Negotiate transactions  • Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues • Research and identify off-market opportunities for clients • Script and dialog mastery • Develop relationships with clients Qualifications: • Real Estate License • 1 – 3 years of sales experience preferred • People-oriented  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  • Competitive • Team player • Consistent • Persistent • HUNGRY to do more Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
