We work with cloud architecture technologies and services such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, mobile web development and application development natively (Android/iOS), AI and deep machine learning, NLP/text-to-speech, video streaming and complex distributed platforms. We are looking for a Solution Architect to design application architecture, oversee development with teammates, do research and development when needed, and help with development as needed. This position is responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of innovative applications. Skills/Requirements * In depth knowledge of one or more OOP languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Java, Python, etc. * 3 years or more experience implementing applications using Angular2+ (MEAN Stack) * Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, primarily using Nodejs * Experience working with agile teams and project manager is a must * Continuous integration and version control (Git) * Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases * Familiarity with Electron a plus * Deep understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, Domain Driven Design concepts * Demonstrated experience developing Google Cloud or AWS * Must be driven, self-motivated, and passionate for technology * Be able to present architecture solutions team members, and startup owners * Loves technology and cutting-edge technology with a passion of creating new applications and testing theories * Ability to learn new things and self-teach and share ideas effectively with team and guide team members through solutions * Proven experience with rapid, iterative design and development processes * Experience launching product experiences into consumer-facing web and/or mobile application markets * Prior experience working in an Agile development process / we use JIRA * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to drive projects to timely completion * Experienced in identifying the business and technical impacts of requirements Work Details * Oversee development being done by offshore teams * Works closely with project manager and startup company founders * Be able to attend scrums and be a technical lead (attend daily scrums in the evening around 8pm, with the project manager with offshore team members) * Ensure development lifecycle policy standards, conduct code reviews, and deploy code to dev/stage/prod environments * Architect solutions and present to startups * Be the voice of reason behind technical decisions for team, and give guidance for startup company founders as their technical advisor * Full time in the office with some flexibility for remote sometimes Company Description Beeso Studio is a startup studio that partners with startups to ensure their long term success.
