Job Description

You will work directly with the founder of the company and fellow Social Media and PR interns to develop and execute Before Elixir’s 360 marketing strategy. You will get hands-on experience building a brand, seeing your ideas come to life and viewed by thousands of people, and work on a large scale crowdfunding campaign. You will be an essential member of our team as we conduct a rebrand and launch three new products this summer. This is an unpaid internship and will require 10-15 hours/week. Starts May 28th/June 4th. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute our marketing and brand strategy
• Create content that will be published on our website, email campaigns, social media channels
• Work with Social Media team to manage our brand on social media channels
• Develop influencer marketing program
• Manage relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners online
• Be a brand ambassador at experiential events, activations, and store demos

You're perfect for this position if you are:

• Extremely creative and great at coming up with new and innovative ideas
• A pop culture and social media fanatic, know what the cool kids are doin’
• Can think strategically and analytically – know basic Excel
• Excited to be a part of a fast paced startup in the food and beverage space
• Can find ways to add value to any project and don’t need to be told what to do
• A hustler – you love making things happen. You go above and beyond, and are committed to getting the job done –  even if the work is unsexy, because you know it matters to the business
• Flexible and want to enhance your business development, entrepreneurship and marketing skills
• This internship is located in Austin, TX. No remote applications, please :)
