Key Responsibilities:
Supervision:
Monitoring children's activities to ensure safety and a positive atmosphere.
Activity Planning & Implementation:
Organizing and leading educational and recreational activities like arts and crafts, sports, or games.
Behavior Management:
Implementing strategies to address student behavior and maintain order.
Communication:
Interacting with parents, addressing concerns, and providing updates on their child's day.
Administrative Tasks:
Completing daily reports, maintaining attendance records, and assisting with program logistics.
Essential Skills:
Experience with Children: Previous experience working with school-aged children in a group setting is often required.
Activity Planning & Implementation: The ability to create and lead engaging activities for children of various ages.
Behavior Management: Strong skills in managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive interactions.
