    We are looking for skilled Traveling Fitters - Welders to join our BSI, ASME Nationwide Installation Team in Marshfield, WI. If you have excellent technical, welding, and troubleshooting skills, we want you. A diverse welding background with knowledge of welding processes and equipment is a bonus. You should excel in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail. Travel flexibility is necessary for projects in different locations. You will work closely with the installation team on the road and directly engage with customers on-site. We value humility, a strong work ethic, and intelligence in our applicants. The job offers a rotation of 9 days on and 5 days off, with daily Per Diem provided and guaranteed single-room lodging accommodations. Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to prioritize safety. • Carry out 3-A sanitary stainless welding, basic pipefitting, sheet metal work, polishing, and rigging assistance. • Receive training and certification for ASME provided by BSI. • Utilize drawings and P&IDs, under the guidance of a Field Supervisor or Lead, to safely and efficiently construct complex processing systems. • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Qualifications: • Ability to perform various physical tasks, such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds. • Proficiency in using fine dexterity and reaching skills, as well as the ability to kneel, crawl, and twist to inspect equipment effectively. • Good vision, hearing, and communication skills, with the capability to interact with employees and others in a professional manner. • Skilled in operating hand and power tools to complete projects. • Experience in stainless TIG, MIG, and sanitary tube welding. • Basic pipe fitting experience, including sanitary grinding and polishing. • Knowledge of sheet metal fitting to assist in building vessels and ductwork. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. • Positive team member dedicated to team objectives, demonstrating a sense of urgency and responsibility. • Willingness to work away from home for extended periods of time. • High School diploma or equivalency. • Pay will be based on experience. • Proficiency in using computers and computer software, especially MS Office, Word, and Excel. Compensation: $21 - $34 hourly
