    We are currently on the lookout for skilled Traveling Welders & Fitters to become part of our BSI ASME Installation Team based in Marshfield, WI. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who possess exceptional technical, welding, and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility in travel is required, as projects may involve working at various locations. Successful candidates will closely collaborate with the road installation team and directly interact with our customers on-site. Demonstrating humility, a strong work ethic, and intelligence aligns well with our company culture, and we highly value these traits in our applicants. • Typical Rotation 9 days on, 5 days off • Daily Per Diem • Single-room lodging accommodations Responsibilities: • Safety First. You must abide by OSHA regulations • Field Installers are responsible for 3-A sanitary stainless welding, basic pipefitting, sheet metal work, polishing, assisting with rigging, and overall installation of processing equipment and systems • BSI will provide training and certification for ASME • With the guidance of a Field Supervisor and/or Lead(s) Field Installers will use drawings and P&IDs to assist with safely and efficiently building complex processing systems • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned Qualifications: The position calls for the ability to perform various physical tasks, including standing and walking around the office and plant. Additionally, it involves the capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as using fine dexterity and reaching skills. Furthermore, the role may require kneeling, crawling, and twisting to inspect equipment effectively. Moreover, the position demands good vision, hearing, and communication skills. Interacting with employees and others in a professional manner using proper etiquette is an essential aspect of this role. Skills: • Able to operate hand and power tools to complete projects • Skilled stainless TIG, MIG, and sanitary tube welding • Basic pipe fitting experience sanitary grinding & polishing experience • Sheet metal fitting experience to assist in building vessels and ductwork • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently • Must be a positive team member dedicated to team objectives and consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency and responsibility • Must be willing to work away from home for extended periods of time Education, Experience, and Compensation • High School diploma or equivalency • Pay will be based on experience Computer Skills • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software; especially MS Office, Word, and Excel Compensation: $21 - $34 hourly
