This role will involve overseeing payroll operations and ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Familiarity with Human Resources functions in a corporate setting is essential. Responsibilities: • Administer HR plans and procedures for all company employees • Maintain vacation records for all employees • Manage candidate platform with necessary management • Help with Accounting functions as applicable • Implement new hire orientation/OSHA 10 Certification • Utilize QuickBooks for payroll • Manage insurance functions/employee benefits • Update and revise the company Handbook as applicable Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources and payroll • It is important for the candidate to have proven working experience in processing payrolls • A comprehensive knowledge of tax and Labor regulations is necessary for this role • The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are important qualities for this position • The ability to work in high-intensity environments is required • The candidate must have US Work Authorization • The candidate must be 18 years or older Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
