    We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant who embodies the qualities of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support in managing executive schedules, handling accounting tasks, assisting with human resource responsibilities, and supporting various marketing needs. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization, enabling executives and teams to focus on core business functions. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, and coordinating conflicting schedules. • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for executive-level meetings. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. • Conduct basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and financial records, and coordinating with the finance department as necessary. • Assist with human resource functions, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and managing personnel files. • Support the marketing team by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and event coordination. • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements as required. • Provide general administrative support, including managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance and repairs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and effective communication within the organization. • Demonstrate the qualities of being Humble, Hungry, and Smart by fostering a positive work environment, being open to learning and growth, and displaying emotional intelligence in interactions with colleagues and stakeholders. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in administrative and support functions. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Administrative professional degree, and/or 3+ years' experience working as an Administrative Assistant. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, employees, and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software. • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software. • Familiarity with human resource processes and practices is preferred. • Experience or understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Demonstrates the qualities of being Humble by having a humble attitude, being open to feedback, and showing a willingness to support others. • Demonstrates the qualities of being Hungry by displaying a strong work ethic, taking initiative, and being eager to learn and grow. • Demonstrates the qualities of being Smart by exhibiting emotional intelligence, having good judgment, and maintaining professional relationships. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively as needed. • This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by supporting key executives, assisting in accounting and human resource functions, and contributing to marketing efforts.
