    We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Responsibilities: Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • General Office duties including answering phones, opening office, post and organize mail, keep inventory and re-ordering supplies • Marketing including, updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media, creating flyers, mailers, and videos • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up • Oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial contact to follow up after the sale including but not limited to, scheduling, pre-listing process, open houses, coordination inspections, appraisals, escrow, title, photography and showings, marketing materials, MLS input, etc • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, and all involved in transaction • Hold agents accountable for specified activities Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or GED Previous experience in the real estate industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience • Ability to learn multiple programs, databases, and websites quickly • Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Compensation: $32,000 yearly + bonus potential
