Behave is a full scale agency that specializes in social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, and much more. We are shaking up the industry by adding our new-age marketing and strategy style to take things to the next level with our global rolodex of Influencers. Behave works with some of the top influencers and content creators from around the world.

Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist / Account Manager to join our team in our Los Angeles. Our Marketing and Relations team works to find and develop new relationships for Behave in a fast paced, fun, and dynamic environment. In this role you will help to build strategy and vision for our Influencers managed by Behave. You will train and work closely with one of our Senior Account Managers, while working cross-functionally with the Marketing and Relations team.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and reach out to potential leads and convert them into qualified customers ● Help to develop in-bound leads and respond to inquiries from various lead sources, including all marketing campaigns, website programs, and other channels ● Actively understand our services and industry trends to effectively develop innovative ideas and strategies to keep Behave on the forefront within the industry

● Data entry to ensure all tracking is up to date

● Constantly striving to learn from others within the business while developing original ideas

● Support strategy team across new business opportunities with appropriate team members within Behave

● Have a full understanding of the content and trends that resonate best with our audience ● Analyze and measure content marketing campaign performance to inform best practices and future campaign strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

● High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism ● Knowledge within the influencer marketing space

● Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills

● Open-minded and willing to learn

● Competitive and focused on achieving goals

● Some accounting knowledge

● You have a desire to understand people, what makes them tick, why they do what they do and feel how they feel

● You are able to express your ideas creatively and clearly in writing

● You enjoy working collaboratively with others
