About the Role:

Creating Balance Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL! Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff

Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards

Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Experience conducting FBAs and designing comprehensive ABA-based treatment programs

Strong knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis

Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to care
