Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the field of behavior analysis.
