Job description:

We are seeking Licensed Behavior Support Consultant to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments for Intellectual Disabled Adults in the Philadelphia area. We offer competitive pay rates. Minority candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Licensure as a Behavior Specialist

PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (Current within 1 year)

PA Adult Abuse Clearance (Current within 1 year)

PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (Current within 1 year)

PA Department of Education Federal Criminal History Report (FBI)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Master's degree required

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.

Implement data collection procedures and make data-based decisions

Provide training and instruction to staff and parents during scheduled consultations

Work closely with the House Managers to provide treatment plans for the clients

Candidates will be required to forward a sample FBA and behavior plan with all information redacted upon request.
