    We are seeking a motivated and thoughtful professional to support a young adult male on the Autism Spectrum using a positive behavior support and ABA-informed approach. This role is well suited for individuals with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral support, or structured skill-building who value relationship-based, person-centered work.

    The individual supported has established routines, clear behavioral supports, and a consistent team. This position focuses on mentorship, skill development, and behavioral consistency, not crisis response.

    Key Responsibilities

    Implement a Positive Behavioral Support Plan (PBSP) using ABA-informed strategies and proactive supports

    Collect accurate, meaningful data related to goals, routines, and behavioral supports

    Support daily living activities while reinforcing independence, choice-making, and functional skills

    Teach and reinforce life skills including cooking, exercise, computer use (Word, Excel, basic data entry), and community navigation

    Support community participation, structured activities, and volunteer opportunities

    Follow behavior support protocols consistently while collaborating with family members and the broader team in an Agency With Choice (AWC) model

    Ideal Background (One or More of the Following)

    Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral health, or positive behavior support

    RBT, former RBT, or ABA graduate student (certification not required)

    Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, Gerontology, or a related field

    Direct support experience with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities using structured support plans

    Required Skills & Expectations

    Comfort implementing behavior plans and collecting data

    Ability to follow structured routines while remaining flexible and responsive

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Commitment to person-centered, strengths-based support

    Valid PA Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance

    Clean driving record required

    Available Shifts

    Thursday & Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

    Saturday: Full day, approximately 9–10 hours, starting at 8:00 am

    Compensation

    $23-27.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
