About the Role:

Join The Social Spectrum Inc. as a Behavior Technician (ABA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team in Morganville, NJ, and help implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Monitor and document client progress, behavior changes, and therapy effectiveness.

Provide direct support to clients during therapy sessions in various settings.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA.

Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients at all times.

Utilize data collection methods to track client behavior and progress accurately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor when working with clients.

Ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs effectively.

Reliable transportation.

Background check and references required prior to employment.

Optional:

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Willingness to travel to serve client needs in-home or in-community environments.
