    Behavior Technician Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 - 8:00 PM Location: Dearborn Heights, MI Work Location: In person

    Responsibilities:

    Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

    Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings

    Collect and record data on observable client behavior

    Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives

    Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress

    Maintain confidentiality of all client information

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required).

    Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes).

    Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred.
