Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with families and team members. • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space. • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. • Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! • Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided! Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
