As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Responsibilities: • Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! • Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. • Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided! • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
