Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. • Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play. Qualifications: • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
