Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. • Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care. • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. Qualifications: • Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment. • Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. • Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! • Ability to pass background and child safety clearances. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
