As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with families and team members. • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). • Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum. • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
