As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Responsibilities: • Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play. • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. • Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system. • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to pass background and child safety clearances. • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
