As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Responsibilities: • Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space. • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. • Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system. • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to pass background and child safety clearances. • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! • Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided! Compensation: $40,000 yearly
