    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide high-quality 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll:

    Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs

    Collect and record behavioral data with accuracy and purpose

    Communicate respectfully and professionally with caregivers, clients, and your BCBA

    Support client progress using trauma-assumed care and person-centered practices

    Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback

    Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety with every interaction

    Already trained? If you bring prior experience, you won’t need to redo the 40-hour ABA training.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

    Paid in-between travel & mileage

    Paid training & consistent supervision

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (KPIs)

    95% timely and accurate data submission

    90%+ session attendance & punctuality

    Demonstrated client progress (reviewed monthly)

    Completion of required training & supervision hours

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    Minimum Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED (degree preferred)

    Driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance

    Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check + TB test

    Preferred Experience:

    Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities

    ABA experience (not required, but a plus!)

    RBT certification highly desired

    Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to follow written plans and document objective session notes

    Basic math for tracking behavior data

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and engage in floor-based play

    Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally

    Adequate hearing and vision to monitor clients

    Willingness to travel locally for in-home/community sessions
