About the Role:

Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings

Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session

Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals

Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred

Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule

Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references

Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with diverse populations
