We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with children with Autism while training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with children in our clinic, school, or home settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs
Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect and track data on patient progress
Receive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in Arkansas and pass a background check
Previous RBT or behavioral health experience is a bonus—but not required
