About Us: Key Connections ABA Services (KCABAS) focuses on individualized care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are committed to compassionate, client-centered treatment in collaboration with families and other providers.

Job Summary: Position: Part-Time Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hour Behavior Technicians/Behavior Therapists/ABA therapists implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by BCBAs. Work takes place in our center, clients' homes, and the community.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavior services in individual/group sessions

Implement ABA and Verbal Behavior programs

Collect daily data on client progress

Collaborate with BCBA's on treatment plans

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Ensure client safety during sessions

Qualifications:

1+ year experience with children/adults with autism, or a related degree

Reliable transportation & proof of vehicle insurance

Schedule:

Flexible; Current caseloads available--morning/afternoon/evening shifts.
