Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, school, or community settings
Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress using designated data systems
Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Support clients in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to ensure consistent program implementation
Maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check and TB test
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Physically able to engage in active play and implement behavioral intervention techniques
