    We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, helping them build essential life skills and reach their full potential. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes, helping them build essential life skills and reach their full potential by using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

    We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you do not currently have experience

    Job Responsibilities

    Under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:

    Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans.

    Conduct discrete trial training (DTT) and other evidence-based interventions.

    Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

    Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition.

    Encourage positive behavior while reducing interfering behaviors.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Passionate about working with children with autism.

    Patient, reliable, and a team player.

    Able to follow guidance and implement behavior plans with integrity.

    Requirements:

    Must be 18 years or older.

    High school diploma or GED required.

    Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

    Must pass a pre-employment background check.

    Comfortable with physical activity: standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

    No previous experience required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
