Job Description
Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. (IBT) is a group of caring individuals whose goal is to provide children and their families with the behavioral therapy services they need to succeed. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that serves children across the state of Kansas with a focus on rural and low-income areas. IBT is hiring several Behavior Technicians in Northeast, Southeast, Central and Southwest Kansas:
DSPs work as part of a treatment team implement behavioral interventions using an applied behavior analytic framework. Candidates must be enthusiastic, flexible, and have a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

As part of their employment, employees must:
Employees must also achieve at least 80% accuracy on the initial IBT training within 14 days of employment. Employees failing to achieve 80% accuracy will be placed on unpaid administrative leave until this outcome can be achieved.
