    Who We Are

POP Therapies – Pursuit of Progress was founded and is run by 2 BCBAs who wanted to do ABA differently.

We specialize in early intervention with young children in our clinic, homes, schools/daycares, and community. We believe the people providing the therapy deserve support too—which means regularly scheduled supervision, ongoing training, collaboration, and supervisors who are actually accessible.

We're looking for dependable, playful, compassionate people who want to learn, grow, bring ideas to the table, and make meaningful changes in children's lives.

Compensation: $20–$26/hour based on education, experience, credentials, and languages spoken.
